The Route 66 car club meeting was called to order by President Dwayne Caldwell
At 5:00 pm at the Will Rogers Downs.
The pledge of allegiance was said by group and a prayer was said by Jerry Henry.

The Treasurers report was read and approved as read.
The Secretary’s report was approved as corrected.

Dwayne Caldwell talked about the proposed Bylaws. He said that there will be no
changes until the members understand. He wants to go to a 501C7. The name for
the corperation will be Route 66 Cruisers of Claremore, Inc. Discussion on the
officers term limits, the treasurers duties and the definition of a quarm. Discussion
on the majority vote. Roberts Rules discussed in Bylaws. Set a minimum time for a
notice for special meeting. Discussion on the amount of names on checks and who
will be on it.

Dwayne Caldwell called for a vote on the subject of two votes for a family. The vote
passed.

Star Birds was discussed and Dwayne said that he would like a committee.

Carol Roush thanked everyone for all the cards, gifts and plants.

Discussion on the car show entertainment. Dwayne called for a vote on a band or
a D-Jay. The band won. Asked for names of bands. Will vote on it next meeting.

Discussion on sound system. Steve Hadley has a sound system for sell for $1000.00.

Dwayne would like the members who have any property that belongs to the club to
let him know.

There will be a Poker Run on April 25th. Tulsa. Starting at 4950 S. 79 E. Ave.

NeMar Cruise on the 4th Friday of Months. March 27th. Every Sundays will have a
Cruise at Sonic.

Read the Duties of the Sargent of Arms. Dwayne appointed Jerry Henry. Will put in
Bylaws.

Discussion on Buddys Grill. Will hold 100 people. Suggested cruise in on Thursday,
decided to go eat there on Thursday. Sharon Caldwell will let you know about
it by e-mail.

Dwayne told us about the Fold of Honor Car Show on May 24th. They want some of
our judges to help out at the car show.

Denney Rhett told about a cruise in Missouri called the Jerry (Gary) Turner Memorial. If you are interested call him. It will be on Sunday March 15th. Meet at the Q-Trip at the
turnpike at 8:00 am. He asked for any ideas on places to go this year.

Dwayne is working on a cruise to Ugly Johns.

Dwayne announced who is on the advertising committee, Kim Washburn, Misti
Rinehart, and Jerry Henry.

The picnic this year will be May 17th, 1:00pm at the Number one shelter. Club will
furnish the meat.

Dwayne announced that both Sharons have picked up 300 goody bags from the
Star Birds car show.

Lyndyll Johnston and Dwayne talked about the Wilberton Car show in October, third
Weekend.

Sharon Caldren thanked Paul Kelsey for the circus tickets for the club, and announced Bill Holden will be here April 1st.

Dwayne announced that the next meeting will be April 12th.
