The Route 66 car club meeting was called to order by President Dwayne
Caldwell At 5:00 pm at the Will Rogers Downs.

The National Anthem was said and Jerry Henry said a prayer.
 

The Secretary’s report was read and approved as amended.
 

The Treasurer’s report was approved as read.
 

There was a discussion on the Porta Pottys. It is still in negotiation.
 

Dwayne called attention to a member, Michael Grant.
 

Dwayne asked if we liked the new place here and if we liked the new menu.
There will be a 20% gratuity charge to off set not paying for room.
 

If you are a new member, you need to get your car on the web site.
 

Dwayne said that if any new member would like to be a judge or a parker
let him know. He said that Billy Noblitt will be a judge. There will be some-
thing for everyone to do at the car show.

We still need things for the silent auction. You can take a flyer with you
when you ask for things so that the owner will know what it’s about.
 

Suburban Chevrolet gave us $1000.00 for the car show.
 

Discussion on name tags.
 

Dwayne introduced two new member, Marshal and Vicki Farr. They have
several cars.

We will have the drone again this year.
 

Dwayne asked if anyone wanted caps. Will let you know if the caps and
Badges can be made at a reasonable cost.

We are going to need people onAdvertising such as the newspaper and flyers.

Maxine Watts and Richard Hodges talked to the CPA and it will be six months
before the 501-C3 will be finial. We will have to pay a penalty this year.

Sonic will give us $500.00 for the car show.. We will have to make up
Invoices for the companies who give us money.

We will be filling the goodie bags, 150 of them on Sept 13 at 1:00pm at
Shelter 1. Everyone needs to try to get things for them. Still need some
thingsFor the Pin-Up girls. There will be trophies for them.

At the Great Race we got a lot of recognition and signed up new members.

Brenda Metzinger showed us the Brochure that Brian Hodges and her were
working on. Everyone said that it was a good idea. Richard Hodges said that
they will make 100 posters on the car show.

The t-shirts that were preordered did not have anything on the back, but the
newer ones will have the sponsors on the back. There was a discussion on the
cost of them.

Sharon Coldren announced that Bill Holden will be a Cabin Creek- Hard Rock
July 9th.

Dwayne said that Paul Kelsey was in charge of the Swap meet. Jason Anderson
Will make the Hot Rod Trophies again.

Nemar cruise will be Friday 24th .
